Op de ‘Toy of the Year Awards’ heeft ‘Star Wars’-speelgoed vijf prijzen in de wacht weten te slepen. The Animatronic Edition van Hasbro van Grogu werd zelfs verkozen als speelgoed van het jaar en ook nog eens als het meest innovatieve speelgoed. Zowel Hasbro, LEGO als Mattel mochten een prijs mee naar huis nemen.
