RIP Anthony Powell (1935-2021), costume designer van ‘Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom’ en ‘Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade’. Powell ontwierp ook de kostuums voor onder andere ‘Papillon’ (1973), ‘Hook’, ‘101 Dalmatians’, ‘The Ninth Gate’ en ‘Miss Potter’. Powell won maar liefst drie Academy Awards in zijn loopbaan (o.a. voor ‘Death on the Nile’). In ‘Temple of Doom’ heeft hij een cameo als een missionaris, samen met George Lucas en Steven Spielberg.
